The time of making sushi took me about 1 and a half hour..
Feeling :Tired but satisfy
Taste of sushi=*myself(still can be accepted)
*mummy(she say not bad)
*grandma ( she say nice)
*xin er (dont know eat sushi, and dont like the rice,
because got a little bit sour)
*xin er mum (scare vomit as she pregnant,
scare do not suit the food,
she not dare try)
* ying teng (she say not bad, taste good,
got standard)
Well, lets look at the ingredients and the procedure ^^
the japanese rice(with rice vinegar,sugar, &salt),boiled carrot, hotdog, egg (all had cut in pieces)
the "bamboo" play important role =。=

a very stable condition...the rice wasn't loosen

erm...the sushi still need to be improved..
it was a little bit sour= next time put less vinegar,
not enough salty= +more salt next time,
and use cucumber and crab meat stick as the
main ingredient...(it was suggested by mum)
